- Proudley Designed Gardens Ltd provides a design-only services.

4.2 Revisions & Amendments

- Clients receive two revised drawings.

- Further amendments may incur additional charges.

4.3 Site Visits

- Site visits will be included or charged as outlined.

4.4 Client Responsibilities

- Clients must provide accurate and complete site information.

4.5 Design Ownership

- Once full payment is received and work is finalised, all design work becomes the property of the client.

5. Payments & Fees

- Payment is due in full upon invoice.

6. Cancellations

- Clients may cancel at any time in writing.

- Fees apply for work completed up to cancellation. 

7. Accuracy of Information

We are not liable for unforeseen site conditions or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

8. Liability

- We are not responsible for third-party contractors or plant/material performance.

- Nothing limits liability for negligence causing injury or matters that cannot be excluded legally.

9. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for content on external sites.
